Polityka prywatności
Gry Mossgrove Games (m.in.

Reklamy naszych innych gier.
3. Zgody i Twoje wybory
Przy pierwszym uruchomieniu zobaczysz dwa okna.
Reklamy.
Statystyki i raporty awarii.
Identyfikator reklamowy możesz też zresetować lub usunąć w ustawieniach systemu (Android: Ustawienia → Prywatność → Reklamy, w starszych wersjach Ustawienia → Google → Reklamy; iOS: Ustawienia → Prywatność i ochrona → Śledzenie). Na iOS przed użyciem identyfikatora reklamowego system dodatkowo zapyta Cię o zgodę na śledzenie.
5. Odbiorcy i przekazywanie poza EOG
Google i Unity mogą przetwarzać dane na serwerach poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (m.in. w Stanach Zjednoczonych). Odbywa się to na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych Komisji Europejskiej, ram ochrony danych UE–USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), a dla Wielkiej Brytanii – brytyjskiego aneksu do klauzul (International Data Transfer Addendum). Szczegóły: business.safety.google/privacy.
6. Twoje prawa
Masz też prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) lub do organu nadzorczego w państwie, w którym mieszkasz (w Wielkiej Brytanii: Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
7. Dzieci i wiek
Korzysta z internetu (reklamy, statystyki, ustawienia, zakupy) i wibracji. Biblioteki Google dodają uprawnienia techniczne: stan sieci, identyfikator reklamowy, płatności Google Play i informację o źródle instalacji.
11. Zmiany

Privacy Policy
Mossgrove Games titles (including Spore Siege) · last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains what data the games published by Mossgrove Games, including Spore Siege (each a “Game”), process, why, and on what legal basis under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data controller is Błażej Brzykcy, a sole proprietor registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG) and operating as Mossgrove Games, ul. Truskawkowa 3/5, 44-268 Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 6332243807, email: support@mossgrovegames.com.
1. In short
- The Game needs no account or sign-in. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress is saved only on your device.
- With your consent we collect gameplay statistics and crash reports, linked to a random installation ID (never to your name or email), for example which stages players lose on, to improve the Game.
- The Game shows ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized ads are shown only with your consent; without it, ads are non-personalized or limited.
- You can change your choices at any time in Settings → Privacy.
2. What data and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Recipient |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game progress (stage, coins, upgrades, settings, purchase receipts) | running the Game | performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) | no one – it stays on your device |
| Gameplay events (stage start and end, cards picked, in-game purchases, views and taps on ads for our other games), app version, device model, OS version, language, country and region (derived from your IP address; the address itself is not stored), the Firebase app-instance ID and the Game's random installation ID | statistics and improving the Game | your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) | Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Analytics), as our processor |
| Crash reports: stack trace, device model, OS and Game version, device state at the time of the crash (for example free memory), Crashlytics installation ID | finding and fixing crashes | your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) | Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Crashlytics), as our processor |
| Firebase installation ID, IP address, app version, device language and country | downloading current game settings (for example balance values and the list of our other games) | our legitimate interest in keeping the Game working and up to date (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) | Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Remote Config), as our processor |
| Device advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions | showing and measuring ads, preventing fraud; with consent, personalizing them | storing and reading information on your device (including the advertising ID) and personalization: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); non-personalized ads, measurement and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in funding a free game with ads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), to the extent your choices in the ads consent form allow | Google Ireland Limited (AdMob), as an independent controller, and the advertising partners listed in the ads consent form |
| In-game purchase data (product ID, purchase token, time) | delivering what you bought, restoring purchases | performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) | Google Commerce Limited (Google Play) / Apple Distribution International Ltd. (App Store) – the store handles payment; we never see your card details. Unity Technologies ApS (the Unity IAP purchasing library) may receive technical device data needed for the library to work |
| Your email address and message, and your installation ID if you provide it | answering you and handling requests about your rights | handling GDPR requests: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); answering questions: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) | OVH SAS (email provider), as our processor |
Ads for our other games. The Game may show ads for other Mossgrove Games titles. They are not personalized. To avoid recommending a game you already have, the Game checks on your device whether our other games are installed; the result of that check never leaves your device. If you allow statistics, we record when such an ad is shown or tapped.
We do not link this data to your name or email address, and we do not sell it for money. In Firebase, Google acts on our behalf as a processor; in AdMob, Google is an independent controller. How Google uses information from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
3. Your choices
On first launch you will see two screens.
Ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's ads consent form (IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) appears before any ad, with the buttons “Consent”, “Do not consent” and “Manage options”. Under “Manage options” you can choose individual purposes and partners and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you do not consent, you still see ads, but they are non-personalized or limited (without use of the advertising ID). Outside those countries, Google may tailor ads to your interests unless you turn off ad personalization or delete the advertising ID in your device settings.
Statistics and crash reports. The Game's own “Data & analytics” panel asks whether we may collect gameplay statistics and crash reports. If you choose “Essentials only”, nothing is sent to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, and the Game works exactly the same.
Both consents are voluntary. You can change or withdraw them at any time in Settings → Privacy → “Ad settings” / “Data & analytics”. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your system settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, on older versions Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS the system will additionally ask for your permission to track before the advertising identifier is used.
4. How long we keep data
- Game progress and purchase receipts – on your device, until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. The store keeps its own purchase history under its own rules.
- Analytics data in Firebase – up to 14 months from the event; after that, only aggregated data is kept.
- Crash reports – 90 days.
- Settings-download data (Remote Config) – under Google's rules for Firebase: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- Advertising data – kept by Google as an independent controller, as set out in policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We do not keep it.
- Correspondence – up to 12 months after your request is closed.
5. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
We share data only with the parties listed in the table, which provide at least the same level of protection as described in this policy. Google and Unity may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area (including the United States), under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, for the United Kingdom, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Details: business.safety.google/privacy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not know who you are, a request to delete statistics or crash reports needs your installation ID (Settings → Privacy → “Data & analytics” → “Identifier”) – without it we cannot tell which data is yours. Write to support@mossgrovegames.com.
Right to object. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation – under Settings → Privacy → “Ad settings” → “Manage options” or by writing to the address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live (in the United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
7. Children and age
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you are under 16 (or under the age of digital consent in your country), only a parent or guardian can consent to statistics and personalized ads on your behalf; without that, choose “Do not consent” and “Essentials only”. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, contact us and we will delete it if we are able to identify it.
8. App permissions
The Game asks for no permissions that you have to approve in the system. It uses the internet (ads, statistics, settings, purchases) and vibration. Google's libraries add technical permissions: network state, the advertising ID, Google Play billing and the install source. The Game does not use the camera, microphone, GPS location, contacts or your files. Your save is not included in your Google account backup.
9. Security
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Only the controller can access the Firebase and AdMob consoles, which are protected by two-step verification.
10. Other information
Providing data is voluntary. Without consent the Game works in full, and ads are not personalized. Purchase data is needed to deliver what you buy. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. If you allow personalized ads, Google and its partners may build a profile of your interests to choose which ads to show. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
United States residents: if you allow personalized ads, Google may use your advertising ID for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time by refusing personalized ads or deleting your advertising ID, and you can exercise your state-law rights by writing to support@mossgrovegames.com.
11. Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy in the Game and ask for consent again where required. The current version is always at mossgrovegames.com/privacy.
